Warm, waterproof and very snug, these Whippet coats are made with a thick polar fleece inner layer coupled with a hardwearing, waterproof outer layer. The double thickness fleece snood hood even folds up over the ears for when the weather's bad. As they are really warm and will take a lot of weather, they are great for keeping your Whippet warm and dry in the worst of the winter weather.
The coats are perfectly cut for the shape of the Whippet's back, being nicely curved along the spine and over the quarters and being deep cut through the chest. They slip over the head and the belt fastens with a velcro fastening. This makes them a super coat for whippets and whippet cross lurchers, along with Bedlington Terriers. They are available in burgundy or charcoal with a silver-grey snood and lining and come with a lead slot in the back of the neck.
The average whippet takes a 50 cm coat whilst a small bitch may be in a 45cm and a larger Whippet dog might take a 55cm.
Puppies and Italian Greyhounds may take the 35 cm or 40cm coat.
